Returns & Exchanges

At The Allotment Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
